House rules

• Drugs or soft drugs are not allowed to consume in or in direct environment of Holiday Beach House.
• We respect the neighbours and ask our guests to avoid loud noise (eg. Music) or other behaviors that lead to inconvenient situations. 
• The garden area is private area, in front of Holiday Beach House guests can use the outdoor place with furniture.
• Pets / Animals are welcome on request. Surcharge applies for pets. Maximum of 1 small pet allowed. Only small pets allowed with maximum weight of ~8 Kg.
• No Smoking policy (inside Holiday Beach House)
• Occupancy is maximized to two persons total. 
• Guests under 18 should always be accompanied with an Adult.
