Cancellation policy

Reservations /booking via booking.com / Airbnb:

•  The agreed booking/reservation conditions (through booking.com / Airbnb) apply.
• Holiday Beach House will follow these conditions. (Cancellation policy)

Direct booking / reservations:

• The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• If the guest cancels within 30 days before arrival the cost of the first night will be charged to the guest.
  no refund for bookings cancelled within 7 days before arrival. 
• If the guest does not show up the total price of the reservation will be charged to the guest.
